Refund policy

Damages 

Please inspect your order upon recept and contact us immediately if the packaging or crating is damaged. Refuse shipment if significant damage is visible on carton or crate. Document images of the damaged crate. 

Returns

Returns of undamaged furniture or accessories require prior autorization. Item must be in "like new" condition and returned in its origional packaging. Clear photographic documentation of the item you wish to return will need to be submitted as part of the return authorization. Cost of return shipping service for ground or LTL transport will be the responsability of the purchaser, and is non refundable. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, if found in "as new" condition a 60% refund of the cost of the item purchase price will be refunded. If visible defects to the item are present on the surface finishes, deductions in refund will be made accordingly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Orders cannot be returned without return authorization from WAXRAX. Items that cannot be returned include, built to order or, custom builds (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on gift cards.
